Executive Assistant | 18-Month Parental Leave Contract
HomeRepair is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to provide high-level support to our Chief Executive Officer and Executive Leadership Team in an 18-month parental leave contract.
This is a varied and fast-paced role where you’ll become a trusted partner to the CEO, managing priorities, coordinating key business activities, and helping keep our Melbourne office running smoothly.
This role offers some flexibility, however due to the nature of supporting senior executives and office operations, you should expect to be predominantly office-based, with attendance increasing as business needs require.
About the Role
- Managing the CEO’s diary, meetings, travel and correspondence
- Coordinating Executive Team meetings and business activities
- Acting as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
- Preparing reports, presentations and business documents
- Supporting Board meeting administration
- Coordinating office management activities, suppliers and facilities
- Organising staff events and business functions
- Managing competing priorities while maintaining a high level of professionalism and discretion
What You’ll Bring
- Previous experience in an Executive Assistant or similar senior administrative role
- Exceptional organisation and time management skills
- Strong communication and stakeholder management capability
- A proactive, adaptable and solutions-focused approach
- High attention to detail and ability to manage confidential information
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel
