As a Senior Business Analyst at HomeRepair, you’ll partner with business and technology teams to deliver impactful change across a growing organisation.

This is a highly visible role where you’ll lead complex analysis activities, influence key stakeholders, and help shape solutions that improve business performance and customer outcomes.

What you’ll be doing

Reporting to the Business Analysis Manager, you’ll lead end-to-end business analysis activities across a range of transformation, process improvement and technology initiatives. You’ll work closely with stakeholders to identify business needs, define solution requirements, and ensure successful delivery of outcomes that create measurable value for the business.

Key responsibilities include:

Leading end-to-end business analysis activities across projects and initiatives
Facilitating workshops and engaging stakeholders across multiple business units
Gathering, documenting and refining business requirements
Translating business needs into clear user stories and functional requirements
Identifying opportunities to improve processes, systems and ways of working
Partnering with technical teams to support solution design and delivery
Challenging existing processes and recommending scalable, future-focused solutions
Supporting and mentoring other team members to uplift BA capability across the business
Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives within the BA practice

About you

You’ll be a seasoned Business Analyst who is comfortable working with senior stakeholders, navigating ambiguity, and driving outcomes in a fast-paced environment.

You’ll bring:

Extensive experience as a Business Analyst or Senior Business Analyst
Strong stakeholder engagement and workshop facilitation skills
Experience gathering and documenting complex business requirements
Proven ability to lead process improvement and business transformation initiatives
Experience translating requirements into user stories and actionable outcomes
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
Experience working within Agile delivery environments
The ability to influence, challenge and drive positive change

Highly regarded

Experience mentoring or coaching other Business Analysts
Salesforce experience
Jira and Confluence experience
BPMN, Visio or other process modelling tools
Experience working with offshore development teams
