HomeRepair present service areas include the greater metropolitan areas of Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane and major regional areas such as Ballarat, Bendigo, Shepparton, Newcastle and the Central Coast of NSW. We are currently expanding to other States across Australia.
Our locally based HomeRepair Assessors, inspect and assess the damage to our Customer’s home and prepare a scope of repair works using our bespoke IT systems and communication tools. A repair plan is then prepared and work orders allocated by our Repair Service team to our locally based tradespeople and suppliers.
Each year, HomeRepair completes repairs of tens of thousands of non-structural home claims working with in excess of 1,200 tradespeople to one core workflow process, in a spirit of mutual cooperation on every repair, every day, everywhere.
We are always seeking experienced, reliable tradespeople and suppliers. You maybe one or perhaps a few tradespeople or a small business. You must be appropriately licenced and insured and willing to adhere to our performance standards including and most importantly by always putting our Customer’s interests first.
