We collect information about you from your Insurer, where you are the policy holder to a claim or authorised person of the policy holder. The information collected from your insurer is used to enable us to provide our building/repair services.

 Information collected in person.

We collect information about you in person, in interactions between yourself and our Property Damage Assessors or with third party contractors, engaged by us to perform building/repair services.

 Information collected over telephone.

Where we collect information about you via telephone, the line may be recorded, retained and able to be retrieved at a later date. Inform us immediately if you do not wish for the call to be recorded at the time of the call, and we will attempt to communicate with you via alternative means that is not recorded.

 Information collected online.

We collect information through our digital platforms. Our digital platforms include but are not limited to websites, emails, messaging and mobile applications. Any information collected is used to enable us to provide our building/repair services.
